MBNA brought me in to re-develop an existing CD-Rom built in Director with Flash. In the process, we updated the look and feel and took the mammoth Director piece (which barely fit on a CD-Rom) to a more reasonable 6 MBs. The goal of the CD-Rom was to get customers more comfortable using MBNA’s online tools and to give customers the information they need more quickly without the aid of a costly service call.
