I’ve been trying to get on a more regular schedule. I say trying because it’s not happening with any level of success. Change is hard. It’s even harder when it’s built upon years of habit. I’ve read most of the famous books about habits, and I understand the principles. I heard recently that habits are like creases in paper. You will continue to follow those, and the only cure is more creases, options. New pathways are created, but the old trails remain. It’s not all bad, I’ve been doing these link posts for over 8 years… and counting.
